Individual Counseling 

• 30 minutes $200
• 45 minutes $250
• 60 minutes $300
• 90 minutes $350

Couples Counseling

• 60 minutes $300
• 90 minutes $350

Child Counseling (ages 12-18)

• 30 minutes $200
• 45 minutes $250

If your Employee Assistance Program or EAP referred you for services, please contact me at the link below. EAP referrals must complete the registration packet before starting services. 

If your insurance company provided you with an EAP authorization number, send me an email at the link below or a text to begin.
